This is how we view events: Not as jobs with deliverables, but as opportunities to create memories.
As a result, we avoid what we call "cellophane catering" - making the food well in advance, storing it in the refrigerator, then simply removing the plastic wrap on the day of your occasion.
For every event, Tastes by Patti prepares all food on the day it is to be served. And whenever possible, we prepare food on premises. That way, you're assured the cuisine is as fresh as it can be. And we know we've got the best chance of creating a happy memory.
